Movement Basics



Balance , tumble, agility skills that help with the development of physical activity and achievement. The use of sports games such as parachute ,train, baby aerobics, Pilates and yoga , are a driving force with adults exercising right by their side . Interactive songs and choreographed dances are included.

Ages: 1 and 2 year olds

All children MUST meet the minimum age requirement by the first day of class.
